How to read this: the total shown for each package is the standard bundled materials copay from the plan's fee schedule, plus whatever you've entered for frame, material copay, and add-ons. Item rows underneath use standard per-item reference prices — VSP and other carriers actually bill these items together as one bundled copay rather than adding the parts separately, so a "VSP package bundling savings/adjustment" line appears wherever that reference sum doesn't already match the bundled total, keeping the breakdown consistent with the Total Copay above it. Always confirm final pricing against the patient's actual eligibility and benefits (eClaim/VBA) before collecting payment. VSP Advantage and other sub-plans aren't loaded yet — add their fee schedules to the data at the top of this file's script to enable them here.
